The Kids Connection is a five star rated and privately owned childcare center in Brunswick County, NC. Our facility is owned and operated by Amanda and Wayne Taylor. Amanda also serves as the on-site director. Our center offers childcare for children ages 6 weeks-12 years old. Each of our nine classrooms are staffed with qualified teachers who follow statewide childcare regulations in order to provide the best quality care. We are a licensed NC Pre-K site, and we also offer before and after school care. If you have any questions or would like to schedule a tour, please feel free to give us a call.
We provide transportation to and from the following schools:
- Union Elementary
- Jessie Mae Monroe Elementary
- Waccamaw School
- Classical Charter School of Southport (after school pickup only.)
Please note: We also contract with the Brunswick County Department of Social Services, as well as Brunswick Community College to serve families who meet the requirements for financial assistance.
The Kids Connection is licensed by the NC Department of Health and Human Services under the division of Child Development. We meet all the requirements and specifications as outlined by the NC Daycare Licensing Legislative, Article 7 and Chapter 110 of the NC Statute.
